In June Jewels Studio each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and passion. Below you will find the details regarding our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.
1. Processing Time
Most of our items are made to order to ensure quality and exclusivity.

Preparation Period: We typically need 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and ship your order.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or sales, processing times may slightly increase. We appreciate your patience during these busy times!
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from Spain. While delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed (due to customs or carrier delays), these are the usual timeframes:

Note for US Customers: Tracking updates may take a moment to appear during the first stage of the journey. This is normal! Once the package enters the local USPS network, updates will appear automatically.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your jewelry’s journey directly on the carrier's tracking page.
4. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. June Jewels Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Europe: VAT included — no additional fees on delivery.

Other Countries: Local custom duties may apply and are handled by the recipient.
5. Correct Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
7. Issues with Delivery
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
