Refund Policy

At [Nombre de tu Tienda], we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items. To be eligible, the item must arrive back to us in good, unused condition.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Amount: We will refund the cost of the item. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Time Limit: Money refunds cannot be claimed after 2 months from the original shipment date.

Items that Cannot be Returned

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders.


3. Damaged, Stolen, or Missing Items

If your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, we’re here to help.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can find a solution.

  • Missing Items: If something is missing from your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If your package was shipped but never arrived, please reach out. We handle lost orders on a case-by-case basis. Claims for lost orders must be made within 3 months of the purchase date.


4. Orders Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us by the carrier (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to collect), we handle it as follows:

  1. Re-shipping: We can resend the order if you agree to pay the new shipping fees.

  2. Notification: We do not automatically contact customers when an order is returned to us. We register the package and wait for you to reach out to us.

  3. Refunds: If you do not wish to have the order resent, we can offer a refund for the items, but the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.


5. Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the order may already be in production or prepared for shipment.
